For this J!NX commercial I co-designed and created the Wizard and two Barbarian Princess costumes in collaboration with Kacia Castelli.
We wanted a classic wizard look with slouchy hat and oversized robes in deep blue velvet and gold. The cloak was lined with a starry print and paired with geeky J!NX tees and cut off shorts for a whimsical look reminiscent of Merlin in Disney's Sword in the Stone.
For the Barbarian Princesses, we used rough textured home-spun style fabrics, faux leathers, and faux fur with metal accents.
These three costumes were designed, patterned, and created by myself and Kacia Castelli over the course of about a week before the commercial was filmed.
